Civic Group operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year fully integrated call management and logging service. This service is run and managed from our Head Office in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. Calls can be logged via phone, fax or email. Each call logged is tracked on our online tracking system, which incorporates the latest technology.
All our engineers have tracking devices installed on their vehicles to enable our staff to locate and dispatch the nearest available engineer to your call.
Our engineers also carry a variety of stock in their vehicles which allows them to replace / repair items without having to leave site in most cases.
